Class Information


We welcome boys and girls from 7 to 13 years old. See the ISKF Colorado website for classes for older students.


Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 - 6:15pm

Annual Fee:(Check to ISKF)

International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) - $45 payable every January

Monthly Fees

Student Dues $50
Three Months' dues (paid in advance) $135
Two Students from Same Family $90

Examination Fee (Check to Karate Colorado)

$25 - includes certificate and belt

Visiting Students

Students from other ISKF Mountain States dojos may train in the dojo for $10/day.

Students from other ISKF dojos outside the Mountain States region may train in the dojo for $15/day.

Late Fees

Dues are due on the first of the month. Payments after the 6th of the month incur a late fee.


The above fees are for training in the dojo only. They do not include ISKF annual dues, fees for competing in tournaments, testing fees,summer camp, kangeiko or equipment such as gis, gloves or mouthpieces.


Dale Weyant
Dale Weyant is a 6th degree blackbelt. He started training with Sensei Yaguchi in 1980 and is a graduate of ISKF Instructor Training Program. He is also the Chief Instructor of "Karate Colorado," a karate club for children ages 6 to 13. Dale feels that Karate training has provided many benefits for him in different areas of life, including physical, mental, spiritual and social. He says that thanks to Sensei Yaguchi, he has developed leadership skills and a better understanding of the world and the people in it. He is also a B rank judge.
Tatsuun ("Li") Ryu
Assistant Instructor
Li holds the ranks of godan (5th degree black belt) and B rank judge. He is a one-time ISKF US champion in Kumite (sparring). He is also a graduate of the ISKF Instructor Training Program.
